I have not received my shipement, I have contact customer service and received no reply, I will never order from them again Original message on dec 7, it is now dec 18, I still have no package despite be reassured it was on the way. Now when I track it says my package has been returned to sender... looks like the Christmas present I ordered at the beginning of November will be ruined now

I am extremely disappointed with my pup sucks. I sent a picture of my sons cat and the results on the socks look nothing like the picture Iand nothing like the cat and the socks are very poor quality also. I really wasted my money!!! Pam A

Orders product and took forever for confirmation Took even longer to make and send to me and then their service DHL deleivred tonwrong address days later than expected shipndate No one at pup socks calls you to discuss and takes two days to respond to email Still haven’t received order but they have my money ... wonder how long until i get my socks ?! Horrible customer service no idea on product quality
