I have not yet received my pup socks, 6 weeks after ordering. Although the team did respond to my emails with 4 days, and they did refund my postage of $4. I await them and have been sent tracking information so they are on the way. I hope they live up to my expectations after all this time.

I placed an order a week ago, next day they send an email saying one item has too many faces so I went to my order which they put on hold and there is no indication how to correct or change the picture. I wrote customer service and have not heard a word. Very annoying.

I can’t really review the socks because I have yet to receive them. Website says they should be shipped within 5-7 days from purchase, it’s been a month now and I still don’t have them.

I ordered these socks with over a three week window to receive them for a gift. They still haven’t arrived!!!!

I’ve emailed twice concerning the order I placed 3 weeks ago No response!

Incomplete order and phone number on packing slip is invalid. Doesn’t promote confidence. Packing slip shows 4 items but only 3 included. Service trumps cuteness.

What kind of plastic fabric is this? There seems to be no retraction for keeping them from falling off. Haven’t tried them yet but that’s my initial feeling.
