Very surprised with how long the socks took to arrive. One of the socks is dirty and has black stitches coming out of it.

I ordered my socks weeks ago and still don’t have them. Have had 2 e mails wanting reviews though. Not ideal

So disappointed! I got my socks (my 13 year old daughters dog just died) for my daughter and on one of then had a really dark green line. I tried contacting customer service and it has been HORRIBLE! Takes forever for any get back to you, finally I was told it was part of printing (which I understand) but I didn't understand why one sock had a faint green line vs the other one that was really dark. Don't wast your time with this company! There are plenty out there that actually are concerned with customer happiness and communication.

So far so bad. I ordered socks for my cousins in November and as of December 9th I haven’t even received an update on the status of my order despite inquiries. I can’t find a phone number for customer service, and the online contact portal won’t send my inquiry. So...what’s up Pupsocks? Did you just take my money and run?

Where are my socks?

It's now past the 5-7 business days I was guaranteed for production. I still have no tracking number. I received the same automated response everyone on the better business bureau received. These were for a Christmas gift and I'm quite concerned I will not receive them. Complain to the BBB if you do not receive a real response from a person. They do not follow through on their advertised guarantee. It's poor business and they do this to children! People have pets who have passed away and they will not receive the only thing they have asked for to comfort them at the holidays. I will be devastated if they do not get this gift.

Was not impressed with the quality of the XMAS tree decoration. My dogs head was chopped off if the photo and placed on the decoration and it wasn’t even centered on the decoration.

Do not order! Customer service is HORRIBLE. I sent a message to them over a week ago and STILL haven’t received a response. They conveniently have no phone number for you to contact them. They also automatically sign you up for their emails... I have unsubscribed twice now and I still get emails from them EVERY DAY!
