Has been terrible throughout the whole process. It has been over a month and still haven't yet received our socks. After we have asked questions via the website, email and via facebook to very slow to no reply. The shipping company that you use say that they haven't even received the package from you. When the last update on their website was the 28th of November. By the feedback we have gotten from Pupsocks and the shipping company, guessing that we have just lost some money on a product that is not going to arrive. Which is very disappointing as it is a great concept but just lousy follow through. Basically, if I could give zero stars I would!!!!

I received the wrong cups and haven’t heard back from the company. It’s for Christmas and it won’t be here in time!

I am very concerned order two pairs of socks on 11/15, I cannot find a telephone number and I have had one response to an email inquiry basically asking for patience while they check on my order. Two more e-mails and no response. I "tracked" my order and it shows its still in production. Does anyone out there have a way to reach a person?

I ordered on November 10 and still no socks. I have gotten a bogus DHL tracking number twice. They have stopped answering my emails.

Wish I could give you no stars. I ordered on November 19th. Still waiting on my order. Slow delivery. No response from emails. Bad customer service.

Still haven’t received socks have email pupsock But not heard anything from them yet this is the third time they asked me to review thought if I reviewed they might help me with my order as it was a Christmas present ordered it nice and early

This company is awful! I rec'd some of the worst quality products from them. Argued with them for weeks to redo after having to send the garbage 1st products back at my own expense. The 2nd ones weren't any better. Then they just stop responding. I will never order anything from them again. A very expensive mistake!

I still have not recieved them.
