Ordered November 20. It is December 11 and I still don’t have them...

I never received my order and I emailed the team 6 times with no response. I paid through pay pal but never received my order. I’m still waiting for a response

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago, but still haven't received it. By now, my son's celebration is over, I don't even need this order any more, as I had to buy a different present. It's ironic that your request for this review was sent to me BEFORE the actual order. Very disappointing.

I ordered these over 4 weeks ago & still haven’t received my package. After being on the phone for 28 minutes with their package carrier (DHL) I was told there are no updates & to contact the seller because the package is lost. I’ve emailed the company with no response & unfortunately they do not have a telephone number posted. Really disappointing as these were supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I didn’t get my order, received someone else’s. Tried reaching out to customer service and no one will respond. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered and still waiting on any kind of response from this company regarding when I might receive my socks. Facebook has an entire group and a Google spreadsheet loaded with complaints, product never received, etc. I would say the customer services is terrible, but it's worse - it's non-existent!!

If available I would enter a minus; assuming this so called company must be in China or some other foreign country as no one speaks English, no one responds to inquiries and it's impossible to contact. I placed an order for $179 on Nov 17, 2018 and my AmEx was charged within hours! This was the second and last time I will deal with someone out of the US. Horrible customer service!

Have not received my socks!
