This has been the one of the worst company to order something from. I understand that these products are customize, but they should not write under their shipping information that it takes 7 business to create the products, if the company can't deliver. I placed my ordered November 20th and since then it has been under production. I am starting to think that I will not be getting my order any before Christmas. I've asked customer service three times how much longer my order will take and they have not giving me straight answer. I am never ordering anything from here ever again.

Communication was very slow. I ordered these on November 20 and won't receive them until December 19th. Unfortunately, that is so late I will not be able to send them to the recipient before Christmas. :-(

Horrible experience. Do not use this company ever. I placed an order on November 13. Never heard back from them with an order confirmation or shipping confirmation or any acknowledgment of my order at all, though my credit card was immediately charged. Emailed them three weeks ago to find out the status. Sent three emails over the course of three days. Finally received a response a week ago telling me that the templates for my order had been created and that I should expect to receive a shipping confirmation any day. After waiting five days I emailed them again. I received a response today telling me that due to a delay in production (they were “overwhelmed with orders”) I should “hopefully” receive my order in time for Christmas. As I live overseas and given the way this company functions I highly doubt that will be the case. Please do not use this company they are unprofessional, slow to respond, and completely unreliable. They might have a great product but if they can’t deliver it in a timely manner what’s the point? Total waste of money!

this is taking forever~!

Wanted to love pupsocks - ordered 2 pair on November 15th for a birthday gift, and have not yet received. Multiple email requests have been sent by me to inquire on status and track my order and I received only one email response saying you're busy. (too busy to figure this out and make a customer happy).

I placed an order on Nov 9th and i have still not received it. I have emailed them 5 times and they say it is transit but tracking information shows that it is still sitting waiting pending acceptance..

I did not like the quality of the socks and the photo was cut so badly that we could not recognize our dog! I emailed 2 times to return them as directed and NEVER received a reply! Bad company, bad socks, bad business!
