I ordered my blanket in mid November and per tracking on website, it is still in production. I have sent emails to the company and there is no reply. My little girl will be devastated if this does not come by the holidays.

Ordered my socks Nov 26. I've emailed them twice without a response. No communication, whatsoever. Poor customer service... Still holding out for my socks to come before Christmas.

I still have not received my order, nearly 3 full weeks after it was placed, and nobody can provide me an answer as to when it will be received. I repeatedly get the same run-around copy and paste answer about how long production and shipping takes. When I requested accomodation of rush shipping once the order was printed, I was told that was not possible. Now, my order has been stuck “in transit” to the shipping company, since saturday afternoon, with no progress or updates. Very disappointed in this entire process.

Ordered in October. Didn’t receive my order. Contacted company several times regarding my order or possible refund as order not received and they have not responded. Terrible customer service !!

No goods received and don’t answer their emails ... not happy

Haven’t received the very expensive product and after three emails requesting assistance no one has bothered getting back to me

I ordered my pupsocks and immediately noticed that I ordered cat socks and blanket with a dog background. I emailed support team. Took them over 24 hours to get back to me and I received a generic email saying since it had been more than 24 hours I couldn’t change my order. Wow. Poor customer service. Took weeks for my order to get to me so I’m sure they could have adjusted my order. Will never order from again.

I ordered a pair of socks on November 29th. I emailed them through their website on December 6th to check in since when I went to "track my order" it said they were still "in production." A customer service representative responded the next day saying the socks were finished, but had not shipped. It is now December 11th. My order is STILL listed as "in production" on their website and I have emailed 3 times to their customer service and have not gotten a response. I find this strange since it only took a day to respond the first time. Seems like they are intentionally ignoring my inquiries and I'm still not sure why my order is sitting there completed, but not shipping. Wanted to have by December 13th and thought 15-16 days was plenty of time in advance to order. Would NEVER order from them again or recommend this company to anyone I know. Terrible service & unresponsive customer service.
