It took forever to get the socks and when I did one pair had a random dog on them and not thenpictire I ordered. They said they would send the correct pair but I haven’t heard from them since even after numerous emails. Very unhappy.

Still waiting for them. Never received any info on them about being sent or delivered, but they did charge me. Would love to know where there are .

It has been over a month - have not received socks - have sent several emails - no response - have asked them to contact me by phone - no response - frankly customer service sucks big time. I needed these for Christmas - No phone # located anywhere at this site

Ordered product on 11/23 & have yet to hear when items will be shipped. Sent inquiry email 12/7 & haven’t heard anything other than they’re busy. Received a review email today which is ridiculous. No idea if/when my product will be shipped.

This is a total scam, they will not send you the socks and there will be no communication with their customer service. Placed my order and waited weeks, not days, without any communication with from the company. Have since disputed the charges with my credit card company.

The sock that was sent to me was not the sock I ordered. It’s a picture of some other dog. Not the picture of the dog I inputted. What’s the purpose of customizing the socks if the wrong picture is places on it. Where was the email that stated the the picture wualuor type was not good. This was a gift I ordered that was time sensitive! What a disappointment and I waste of money.

Horrible customer service. ZERO communication. Absolutely lying about deadlines. They take your money, promise you 7 day production, and a month later - nothing. And when you do get your socks? They are the wrong animal. Seriously, the worst. Do NOT buy from this company.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks. All orders are shown on my credit card. One order when tracked states it was delivered but I never received them the other 2 orders say they were not paid for yet my credit card was charged. I sent 2 emails to the company and have not received any answers except for at least 2 requests for a review. I held off on writing a review in hopes that someone would be in contact with me and make it right. NO SUCH LUCK. Still no socks and they were a gift for xmas that will obviously not be under the tree. I ordered these Novemember 16th,
