I ORDERED 155.00 WORTH OF Pup Socks on 12/3/18 AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE EXCEPT FOR ONE EMAIL SAYING THEY GOT MY EMAIL AND ARE WORKING ON MY ORDER. They do not have any phone contact whatso ever, only on-line. How convenient. I emailed them again today 12/15/18 and asked for them to let me know if my order is ready and what the socks will look like that I ordered and will I get them before Christmas as planned. Cannot find an email for their CEO. nEXT STOP IS THE FRUAD DEPARTMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD TO REVERSE PATMENT AND ATTORNY GENERALS OFFICE.

I never received my order - it doesn’t get much worse than that.

Unclear ordering steps, had to cancel an order and still haven’t received the other order after 3 weeks

Still waiting for the order I placed almost a month ago. I will be lucky if they arrive before Christmas. I think they are posting their own 5-star reviews, because they don’t show any of the negative reviews on their website. Very disappointed. Took way too long and there was no communication.

How did you all reach the company. I ordered on 11/22 and the status says it’s still in production. I’ve tried emailing through their site and can’t get it to send. I haven’t been able to find an email address or phone number. Help!

I would love to review my Pupsocks but I have to receive them. I do believe that my order that was placed in November will arrive prior to Christmas.

I ordered, received and they were 2 different sizes. I sent email with pictures and have not heard back. I would like the correct pair by Christmas.

I asked for the entire picture to be printed on the socks because the picture had a special meaning. I recieved the item only to find my request was not honored. My expectation would be if you were unable to accommodate there would be some communication on your part. Very disappointed 😕!
