I would love to review my product but I still haven't received it. Any idea where it is?

I placed an order for Christmas on November 17th and still have not received my order. I had read many positive reviews from this website/company prior to placing my order. Unfortunately after trying to find out the status of my order, I came across several other review websites for Pupsocks claiming products were never received and crappy customer service that is IF you get a response from them! So therefore I feel like I’ve been scammed! If I could give this no stars or negative stars I would!! I’m going to try to get my money back but highly doubt this will happen! These people should be ashamed of themselves!! AWFUL!!

We ordered the blanket on 11/24 and STILL do not have it. No one has ever proactively followed up with me about my order being so late. I've had to contact customer service and wait days to find out that you guys were so backed up that my order only shipped a few days ago. It will not be able to be given as a holiday gift as I have left the location it was shipped to and I won't be back until the middle of January. Really bad service for a product I was excited to receive!

This company is a joke. Still haven’t received my order after placing it over 3 weeks ago. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I placed my order, waited over a month, didn’t receive it, emailed customer service and received an auto response. Waited a week and a half and emailed them again, haven’t heard anything back. Still waiting.

I ordered a women’s 9-11 and they are huge and the same size as the men’s I ordered previously. The socks are cute, great idea but I reached out to them I didn’t get a response as to if I could exchange or redo with the right size. I am disappointed with the customer service.

I am so disappointed. I ordered on 11/25 and my order still shows "In Production." I filled out the "Contact Us" form and it seemed to Submit to nowhere. I have received no email from them since the day they were ordered ... nothing about a delay and nothing to confirm my inquiry. I still hope to receive them before Christmas. Otherwise I will be pursuing a refund and further avenues of complaint.

Shipping is just horrible. They stated they would ship within 12 days and it’s been a month now and still no word on where it is. I wanted it for a Christmas gift too such a dissapointment
