Shipping took way too long. I expected them to arrive around Thanksgiving and I just received the last pair this weekend.

The estimated production and arrival time is a complete joke, I wish I never ordered. The projected time on your site says 7 business days and an additional 3-5 business days shipping. I ordered on 11/22 and my current estimated arrival date is 12/20, almost ONE MONTH or 19 business days later. This is ridiculous, unacceptable and false advertising on your part. Be more transparent in the future so that others don’t have a disappointing holiday, this was a Hanukkah present that will now be two weeks late. I’m still waiting to even see how they turned out, not okay.

Still haven't received any of the two orders I placed (one was in November 2018). Obviously not well timed for the holidays. Received a reply from customer service regarding my order that I should receive updates and I continue to receive messages that my orders cannot be found. Very poor customer service.

I ordered two red shopping bags with a dog’s photo on them for my sister. Very disappointed and embarrassed that I sent this. Very poor quality bag and the ink had run. Photo was a blur. Never again.
