Was excited to order these for our daughter with our our two cats on them for Christmas. The pair with the short haired cat is so washed out she looks gray instead of black and white. The second pair is a smaller size than the first (ordered the same size) and they cropped the photo so much our long haired cat looks like the short haired. Have emailed customer service repeatedly with no response. IMG_3626.HEIC

I placed an order weeks ago, am yet to receive my purchase, and my order status remains unchanged on their website. I've emailed customer service four times!!! No response, no blanket, no hope that I will have it by Christmas. I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from this site, because my experience is the same as so many others. They are the worst. UPDATE: Have now engaged American Express to get my money back. No product, no communication. A total fraud. I wish they spent as much time producing goods as they do manipulating customer feedback. Shameful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I placed an order on 11/14 for three pairs of socks. I received only two pairs of socks on 12/10. I have spent every day since trying to contact this company. Their phone number is no longer in service and they do not respond to any email messages. BIG MISTAKE!!! Their customer service is horrible! I have been forced to dispute this charge with my credit card company!

Thought I would get them before Christmas because they’re a gift, but there’s no chance. The shipping company was sent the shipping details on Dacember 8th and 8 days later they still haven’t received the package. I don’t know how that’s possible. And I wrote into PupSocks to ask why and haven’t gotten any kind of response. Genuinely disappointed in the company.

Concerned, that my order wont be here for Christmas. I have sent e-mails to customer service, and just received an automatic response. No updates or further response. Very disappointed. Will not order from this company again.

I haven’t heard any updates on my order a month ago.

Ordered this product in November and have still not received it. Have sent three emails to customer service with no response. They have no phone number listed so there is no way to get ahold of them! When I try to track my order in their system it says it cannot be found! I understand it is the holidays, but they should at least be in contact with their customers.

I never received the socks that I ordered and the situation has not been rectified by the company nor DHL. This was a Christmas present and now I have nothing to give my family member.
