yes, I ordered your socks and even though your company stated that it should take 5 to 7 days maximum for production time, it took three weeks. I wrote everyday, many times a day asking for updates on delivery only to receive a standard response that you were busy and when possible someone would contact me. That never happened until after I had received the socks way late and after the holidays. I tried repeatedly to find a phone number for your company in hopes that I could speak with someone who could help me. There was no contact phone number anywhere. I will never use your company again, and I will let friends and acquaintances know of my experience with you.

Pup socks double charged my credit card, delivered the product late, and the socks had a dog on them that was not mine and not the picture I uploaded. The worst part, the customer service- no phone number and emails and social media IM’s get automated return messages. You can and have to so better!

HORRIBLE. I never received my order. Nearly 2 months after placing my order two pair of socks arrived with two different dogs on them, neither were mine. Customer Service was worthless… and I did not hear from anyone until I emailed you and told you I was filing a complaint with the BBT and the FTC. I am stunned and bewildered by your “business” practices. You should be shut down.

I literally never received my order despite all the messages saying when it was processed and shipped. I’m significantly disappointed.

I paid for guaranteed shipping my Xmas and my orders came a week later.

Your service was so bad it makes me sick to look at those freaking socks. if your top four seats of thee company was here I'd put one in each of you. You should be taken out of business and everything taken from you and you and your family can live in poverty in place of a good family. you suck!!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of socks, all using an excellent picture. I also paid for expedited delivery, which you suggested as these were Christmas gifts. I received the socks on Dec 30th and they were awful. Two of them you could not even see the dogs face and the third pair was a dog that I don’t know. I have been trying to reach customer support for 6 days, have left numerous messages, no response. EPIC FAIL!!!

Ordered socks with two dogs. What I got was a dark mess in which there was only one dog in most of it. Not clear at all. Couldn’t make out the second dog in any of it. Horrible quality of sock as well. I literally wasted money and threw them away.
