Ordered on November 26, as of today, December 17, it is not showing that it’s left the shipping facility in Florida and I am in Canada. Placed multiple emails over the last few weeks and get nothing but excuses and 40% off coupons which I would never order from you again. Will be reviewing further on other online platforms as these are supposed to be for Christmas gifts for my children returning home from school and it doesn’t appear that you can provide service with an entire months notice.

Placed my order with the hopes of it arriving by Christmas on Dec 3rd considering the marketing push they were doing on social media. To date I haven't seen any update of my order, it's still labeled as 'in production' and I have sent multiple emails checking on these with no response. Honestly at my wits end and ready to file the complaint with my credit card company and get my money back. This is ridiculous.

Placed a Christmas order on 11/26 and was charged immediately. It is 12/17 and I have asked 3 times for an ETA and have received no response. Not acceptable.

Rating is based primarily on customer service. The product I ordered was actually shipped, but was returned to sender by the USPS for some unknown reason. I've been trying to reach out to customer service for a week now to see if they can reship, but there's basically no way to reach them other than their online contact form, which they don't seem to respond to in a reasonable amount of time. Even though I ordered in early November, I'm guessing there is no chance the socks will show up by Christmas, if ever. I'll give them another week to respond, otherwise I'll just dispute this with my credit card company as a charge back.

I placed my order on 11/26 and my card was charged same day. I've emailed twice to get an update on the order as these are Christmas presents. As of 12/17, my status is still "in Production" and I have not heard from a customer service rep. There is no customer number to call so since no one will reply to me, I'm going to have to dispute my charge. Very sad as these would have been great gifts for my in-laws who rescue grey hounds.

Ordered on December 1st and am still waiting. Emailed multiple times and have not received a response except for automated email replies. It is obvious that the socks will not be received in time for the holidays. Will NEVER order from PupSocks again, terrible service, even if the items are going to be late, a response from a human would be nice and much more acceptable. They already have my money! Don't trust them!

I have been so frustrated with the lack of update on the socks I purchased 3 weeks ago that I decided to come look at the reviews to see if others were experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately I am so disappointed to see that so many others have posted the same disparaging reviews :( Just like others: 1) I purchased these as a Christmas gift and they are still "in production", now it is clear they will not be arriving in time 2) No one in customer service is responding to my emails 3) PupSocks already has my money 4) Their website still makes it look like you could order socks and receive them in time for Christmas There was so much publicity around these socks, I was so excited to give them as a gift. Clearly PupSocks is not able to keep up with with their marketing and is unable to meet the needs of their customers. Don't waste your time or money.

Placed my order Dec 2nd. Still waiting for a response to where my socks are. Got a USPS tracking number that has been I progress shipping for four days. No response to my emails and can’t find a phone number. Have to wonder if this company is a scam. No socks for my god daughter - thanks guys much appreciated!
