Terrible follow up, actually no follow up.

I ordered my product in November! They aren’t answering my emails and my item still says in production. Really bothered that they won’t even email me back after I spent over $80.00

Haven't received my order yet. It's been weeks and no communication regarding where they are or when I can expect them.

I placed an order on November 29th for Christmas presents. I ordered 4 different pairs of socks. When I placed the order, it stated it would take 7-10 days to ship. Today is Dec. 17th and I have not received my socks. I can’t find a phone number to contact customer service. I have sent two emails, both times just sending back immediately a generic response telling me to be patient. Terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Still haven’t received my order that I placed in the 26 of November. I paid $80 on heckin socks that should be here in time for Christmas but probably won’t be. These better be the best diddly dang socks I’ve ever seen for the amount I paid and the time it’s taking for them to get here. Also, I’d be nice if y’all could answer your email because for real if you’re charging this much and taking this long you could at least tell me why or idk maybe give me an estimated date on when they will be here:/ guess just don’t order from this company during the holidays bc they can’t seem to get their heckn stuff together for some reason.

Product never came. They won’t answer emails, nor Facebook messages. I just wouldn’t do it. And if I had read the reviews before I placed my order, I would’ve just passed on it. Very disappointing. Also guessing I won’t get my money back either

I am completing this survey, but haven’t received my socks. I emailed customer service but no response.

Ordered on December 2nd as a Christmas gift and it's pretty clear they won't be here on time. False advertising all around, as even their Instagram says if you ordered by December 4th you'll receive your socks for Christmas, but mine are still "in production" and with shipping time included there is no way I will receive them by the holiday. And echoing most other comments, I've sent two emails to customer service to at least understand the delay, and I have yet to hear back. Big thumbs down. Booo.
