Still no order received. No response except an automated e mail reply to say someone will look into it but nothing. I just want my money back!!!

Socks are very large even though I ordered a small. There is a black stitch on the front in one, possibly repairing a hole? I had tried to do two faces but you can’t unless you merge the pictures together yourself. 👎🏽

I received this notice to review the product but have yet to receive my order.

I placed my order on 11/21 and, as of 12/18, I still have not received it (live in mid-west). The order tracking information just indicates “there has been a delay” I should contact the vendor. I emailed customer service this past weekend and received a “please be patient” autoreply. My patience has worn thin and, based on my experience, I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Should have looked at the reviews, but based on advertising such as “as seen on...” and knowing someone who ordered from here I ordered anyway. I was charged right away for my socks that cost $80. Ordered November 29 for Christmas gifts and two emails later with ZERO response. I know these will not be here in time for Christmas, so dispute with credit card is my next route. Save your sanity and just order from another site. A ton on places offer these, probably cheaper too. Best of Luck

STILL waiting for my order after 28 days. 7-10 business days plus shipping apparently means over a month of waiting with very little feedback. Oh, they use a 3rd party vendor, so it's "out of their hands" once shipped. Nice product? Don't know, but they keep asking me for feedback, so, hey they asked! Repeatedly. Hope the socks and mug I ordered a month ago are worth it.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten it. It took two weeks for customer service to even reach out and reply to the delay. I was looking to add this to Christmas presents and now it is too late.

I received the wrong order, wrong color, wrong dog socks. I emailed several times and have called. The phone number is not in service and no response to emails. Very disappointing that I will not have the correct gift for Christmas even though I ordered in early November.
