Have not received my item yet, I ordered it in November for Xmas. Very disappointed.

No item and no response. I placed an order on 11/25/18. To date it has not been shipped nor have I received a response to the multiple emails I have sent. Status has shown the items as in production for since I checked a week ago. This was obviously a holiday gift. There is not a number to call so I am left wondering what to do for the recipient.

LOL they sent me a survey before they even considered replying to my messages about my order from over 3 weeks ago. I guess 21days is equal to the 10 days they advertise for production time. Would like to know the status of my order and if I will receive my order this year, because I know before Christmas is now impossible. IT WAS A MISTAKE ORDERING FROM THEM, DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU HAVE 3 MONTHS TO WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER TO MAYBE ARRIVE.

Should have an option for ZERO stars! Worst company, worst customer service (NO customer service) worst product, worst decision to use this company! Run Run Run - Do not waste your money, your time or your sanity! This company cannot be legitimate the way that it is run. If you indeed get your purchased product do not expect anything other than inconsistent junk! I ordered three identical pair and they are all totally different in size, color, etc.... I could go on about how horrible they are but there is not enough room or time! Just DON'T DO IT!!!! Find another company that is reputable!

Unable to reach customer service. Item was damaged. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. You get one star because no stars is not an option.

Still no order and still no response to calls and email... they took my money in a timely fashion tho! Now I try to find replacement Christmas gifts

ordered nov. 26th. it says 7 business days to process. says still in production. this was a main Christmas gift. Have not responded to emails. There is no way to find a phone number. If you don't have your phone number available, it's for a reason. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
