I am so disappointed in the socks I received. They were supposed to be a gift and thankfully they are to my boyfriend, otherwise I would be embarrassed to even gift them. Considering how long shipping took I don’t even want to order them again. Not only did the socks come in two different sizes, there was red marks splattered on random parts of it. If it were a different color I might not notice but I ordered white socks so it is very obvious.

Slow. Very slow. Complete lack of customer service. Never seen anything like it.

I placed an order for a pair of socks for my mom for Christmas. The order was placed December 2nd. It is still “In Production,” and despite sending emails asking for an update, I am left wondering if they’ll ever arrive. I feel the company should’ve been more upfront that they would not meet the Christmas deadline as I would’ve never ordered this item otherwise. I feel a bit misguided on their turnaround times and am upset that I am empty handed. Let’s hope the socks do eventually arrive... maybe even on time for Christmas (though at this point, it feels like it would have to be a Christmas Miracle for them to arrive on time).

I placed an order Nov. 29 - plenty of time for Christmas as AD promised 3 day turn around. Status says “in production” Christmas is this weekend. Unable to contact by phone as posted number is not in effect. Tried to email inquiry, no reply . Very disappointed! **After I posted I review I was contacted by Pupsocks and they apologized for poor communication. They expedited shipping and I received my items in time for gift giving. My items were great quality and as expected. I now rate as 4****

I placed an order for over $400 with plenty of time to spare before christmas and still have yet to receive anything. They put out a post that said if you ordered on or before December 4th that the items would get to you in time for christmas....our christmas is this weekend as we celebrate early so the whole family can get together. STILL WAITING!! my order says In Production. I cannot seem to find a number for customer service to call. Have not received any emails or communication back....sadly, I'm just going to assume I'll be mailing everyone's gifts this year. MERRY CHRISTMAS....I AM FURIOUS!!

They didn’t print the photo that I ask, and they don’t answer the emails

Never got my order. Customer service says there’s nothing they can do, and they keep blaming shipper, but tracking # shows my order was never even shipped.

I’m pretty upset. I ordered 2 pair of socks on Nov 26, both are gifts. 1 has been delivered the other “still in production”. I emailed about it and told it would be looked into but not to worry. Email also said to reach out after 4 days of nothing changed. That was last week...I emailed after 5 days and now no response. This was a gift that I ordered almost a month before Christmas.
