Very disappointed with my purchase - colour was faded and different. Pupsocks did not respond to me so I can not recommend and will not be purchasing again - very poor customer service

Ordered Nov 30promised 3-5 day turn around. Then changed to 7-10 days. Order was for birthday on Dec 20. Will not arrive in time. Customer service is AWFUL absolutely zero contact after multiple attempts. No phone number that I can find. Do NOT order from this folks. I NEVER write reviews, but this company needs to know how poor they are.

I wish I could choose a ZERO star! I placed an order on November 28th for a Christmas gift for my son. It is December 18th and the order is listed as “still in production”! There is NO phone number to reach any type of human. They DO NOT respond to email inquiries and trust me I have flooded their email account with numerous inquiries. This is NOT how you run a business. My order obviously will not make it in time for Christmas!

Somehow I received 2 orders of the same socks & I inquired if I could change the picture within hours and was told no.

These socks are a way cheap material. I guess they are acceptable as a novelty gift, but no one is going to wear them-the fabric is gross and plasticky. The picture looks like our dog, but also pretty generic any old dog. A friend was with me when I opened the package (the dog was there too) and she didn’t get that it was our dog on the socks. She just thought it was a dog.

I placed my order before 11/20/18, my credit card was charged on 11/20/18 and I still have not received my pup socks. I had wanted to send them for Christmas presents which is no longer possible, waiting four plus weeks. I would not recommend this company and will not make anymore purchases from them.

I placed my order Nov 26. Still have not received. I’ve emailed and facebook messaged them for the past 3 days with no response (there is no phone number I can find for them). This is an important Christmas gift and I just want to know what I’ll be receiving it! Terrible customer service.. no phone number to call and no response to emails. 😤

I hate giving bad reviews, but after sending so many emails to pupsocks and receiving no reply back, I feel I must warn other customers. I purchased 3 pairs of socks- $20 each pair- they all came in the wrong size! I know mistakes happen, so I would usually totally understand, but I have sent so many emails and waited and waited for a reply- trying to see if it would be possible to get the socks in the correct size that I ordered them in- noone will reply- can’t find a customer service #, or any #, for that matter to call online :( Cute socks, but useless to me when they are in a size XL, & they were supposed to be a gift for a friend.
