I’ve got to give a very poor rating, as I ordered them On November 21st and I haven’t received them yet.

Wish I could give zero stars for the same “zero” satisfaction and “zero” customer service I’ve received. Ordered on December 4th for Christmas present. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying. There are people waiting MUCH longer than me without their items. I’ve since read this company pulled this same crap last Christmas. Surprised still in business. Buyer beware. My fault for not being a more diligent consumer. Well played Pupsocks...making the money and not delivering your product as promised.

I'm speechless... I guess mea culpa for not researching this company more thoroughly. These guys are a shambles. Bad enough that they have not shipped my order and now it definitely will not arrive before Christmas, but repeated attempts to contact these guys has not worked. They just don't respond at all to emails. I guess they are inundated with complaints. Unsurprising really. This feels like a scam although others appear to have received their order. The conduct of GoPupSocks is outrageous in today's consumer driven world. They don't even have a telephone number to contact them and do not respond to emails or posts to their FB page. Disgraceful. I feel cheated and let down.

I am writing a bad review due to the fact that I ordered my socks on November 25- and I still do not have my orders. I did read the shipping and production times before I ordered. I ordered them with plenty of time for Christmas- one order has not even been shipped yet and the other who know where it is.

$30 US for thoses socks ... take one month to receipt them. Finishing is ordinary, look like 5 bucks socks. It's a gift and I'm shy to give them ...

I never received my order despite my several emails inquiring where it was. Never heard from a real person. Horrible customer service. I bought this as an Xmas present for my daughter. I had to go out and by her something else because I still haven’t received order by December 18 and I ordered it In November.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Pupsocks. I placed my order on November 15. They charged my credit card by the 21st of November. To this date, December 19, I have yet to receive my order. I contacted them by email. No satisfactory answer. I guess that’s a present that won’t be under the tree. If they are unable to fulfill this order they should refund my money.

I ordered my socks way in advance and I only have two pairs of them. I will not be happy if I don’t receive them by Christmas and I can’t believe it has taken this long!
