I ordered two pairs of socks with same dog on each. Unlike others, I received my shipment. Unfortunately, one pair of socks had the picture of the correct dog, the other pair had photos of two random dogs. I immediately emailed (12/11/18) about the error by stating these are for Christmas and needed it corrected and shipped immediately. I still have not received a reply. As other reviews have stated the socks are a silky weird feel - not exactly sure what make of. Also, at the top of the socks, where the socks would hit the shin, it it the same fabric as the rest of the socks. So, not sure how these socks would stay put. Do not buy these socks

Very upset with their turn around time. They clearly chewed off more than they could handle. Extremely upset that the socks won't be here in time for the holidays. I ordered on 12/2 and no word from the company. It states on their site that there is a one week production yet people who ordered on black friday still haven't received their order. Extremely disappointed.

If I could, I would give a zero-star review. Despite placing an order on 11/26, my order has still not been produced. I have sent three e-mails to the company via their web site that have not been responded to.On top of this, they are still promoting Christmas orders even though it is clear that they are not in a position to deliver. DO NOT place an order or use this firm. They are not dependable, unreliable and unresponsive.

Website states "Our one-of-a-kind products take about 7 business days to be produced. shipping through DHL will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days and international orders, it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on the destination." Guess what - I am domestic and approaching 4 weeks. None of the shipping companies know where my stuff is at but you have "mailed" it. Buyers beware... I am not the only one that is having the same issue. I will be writing this review on every place I can find that accesses your products.

Should have read the reviews first. Ordered nov 5 and my tracking number has my order in Florida since nov 14 and now dec 17 I will never see my cool Christmas gifts that I was excited about. Shame on me for buying from a company with no phone number or way to contact them. Glad some people got their socks and love them. I would like to say the same. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with this company

I ordered socks on Black Friday and received notification that they were going to be shipped, but after 2 weeks it still says no label has been created by USPS. I've tried following up with the company, but nobody replies to my emails and there is no phone number. Poor customer service as I have no idea what's going on. I'm leaving a review here as hopefully this will get some attention.

Ordered my socks weeks ago and still have not received them. All it says is in production even though it said it would be here for Christmas. I have emailed several times and still no response from anyone. Did some investigating and it looks like this place is a big scam. Takes money no problem and charges cards and only fills orders for a small percentage of those people. Have been told to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which I have already done.

I ordered my socks on December 3rd, still have not received them. All is know is that the site says they are in production. They were intended for Christmas Gifts and it doesn't look like they will be here in time. I have emailed to follow up on my order only to get no response back. If you're expecting your order in a reasonable amount of time this isn't the site you should order form. Little to no communication.
