My order was placed 12/5 and I had trouble getting a representative to contact me regarding my questions. My order arrived several days after Christmas, almost one week after. The quality of the photos is horrible. One puppy is so dark you cannot make out her adorable face. One of the mini aussies has half his face darkened. I have written with my dissatisfaction, I got an initial response but several days later I have not received resolution. I am not happy with quality nor customer service response time nor delivery time.

Cheap socks. My puppy face looks like a black paint blob. Sadly not impressed.

The picture of my dog in the socks came out completely black. You can’t even see the face in the socks, and i never heard back from them regarding this.

I was charged twice, i received the wrong product with the wrong pet on them. I have reached out yet no resoonse.... very dissapointing.

Socks took way to long. Did not get by Christmas.

Track number never worked. Socks eventually arrived, but they didn’t listen to my note on the design and did it wrong. The socks also seem terrible quality with terrible fabric, and not designed to fit a foot. It’s just a tube with no bend, or heel. Pathetic.

Ordered almost a month ago for a Christmas present and have yet to receive order or any shipping updates.

I did not receive the correct order and I contacted you twice about it so far and have yet to hear back. I’d give zero stars if that was an option
