I placed two separate orders and got duplicates of the first order and never recieved the second order. Plus, got one extra cup with someone else’s pup so those people are probably upset they never got theirs. I sent two separate emails asking to just ship out the correct order hoping to receive before Christmas but they never responded.

Ordered two pairs of socks, different colors but SAME PICTURES (of two dogs). I received 2 pairs of socks but one pair is wrong color with a dog I’ve never met. So wrong socks. I tried to call the phone number on receipt but only get a machine saying “this number is not in service “. Ugh. I’ve emailed and received no response. Very disappointing right before Christmas.

Lesson learned! If I had read the reviews, I would NOT have purchased from this company and the reviews you see on the pupsocks site aren't the same reviews on Trustpilot site. I ordered on Dec. 1 and my socks are "still in production". The site said it would be delivered by Christmas. No response to three emails. My money is gone and the bank charges $33 to stop a payment. Bah-humbug to Pup socks. I received the socks after Christmas. Today I received an email from Pupsocks (finally) which said my socks are still in production and if I still wanted them, they would give me 25% off or I could choose to cancel the order. I emailed back and told them I had received the socks however would love to get a 25% credit because I had to buy other gifts. We will see. The socks are cute and the material is more of a dressy sock. I'm keeping the rating at a one star and hopefully Pupsocks will learn from this Christmas rush season.

I ordered for Christmas on 12/1 No shipment yet and no number to call Just says in production- gee thanks- Sent my email to customer service No answer STAY AWAY from this company I should have known better with no Direct number for customer service cannot be reliable

Ordered a month ago, still haven't received. Unacceptable wait time for delivery.

My order was placed on 11/23/18. Everyday I have been tracking and as of today I found out that my order is “currently in production”. This was the most anticipated gift I wanted to get BEFORE CHRISTMAS, but I guess I have to wait after. There are other people that received their order already. I am more than livid at this point along with the rest of hundreds of people that complained. Hopefully my order isn’t wrong because I will return and ask for a full refund. If I am not refunded then I will contact my bank to remove the transaction. This is very unacceptable for the price that I paid. Please warn your customers that they may not get their gifts on time so they won’t be so disappointed. I will not be ordering from your company ever again and will continue to tell everyone I know about the poor customer service I was given.

Ordered socks on Dec 2, 2018 and have not received my order. This was a Christmas gift and I wrote to them 3 times and they send you to track it and every time I track it it says In Production. It is Dec 19th and apparently they won’t be here for Christmas. There is no phone number on their web-site. They just want your money! Do not order from them!
