I'm glad you asked, because there's no other way to talk to these horrid people. I placed an order 11/21/18, Still don't have it, no one picks up a phone there or answers email. I am beyond disappointed. Thanks for ruining my Christmas, PupSucks.

I ordered my socks on 11/26/18 and still don’t have them. All they will say is that they are in production.

Like most others on here-ordered on Dec 2 and still no socks, no number to call. When I track it says “ in production”. Sent two emails with no response. Yet they immediately took the $133 from my credit card. Looks like I’m just another frustrated customer with no Xmas gifts and no answers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I have been waiting for a month for my socks!!!! It's a very important Christmas gift and now, because of them, I am left scrambling to buy for this person. So dissatisfied and disappointed. There is much better companies out there that care about their customers!!!!

Company is a scam and quite sure all these good reviews are planted- just take a look at the comments section on their social media and you’ll see how dissatisfied people are with product and customer service. DO NOT BUY!

Horrible customer service. I reached out to them over a week ago and then a second time and no response. I most likely will not order from this company.

I have been waiting almost one month for these socks. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing. They had no problem immediately posting the funds from my account the day socks were ordered. I received one notification early December that socks were being shipped and no further correspondence since.
