I ordered Nov 18th to ensure plenty of time to receive for Christmas gifts!! Still showing that my order is ‘in production!’ I’m praying for a miracle that it arrives in time... have not heard back from the company. : (

I ordered on Nov 23; my order is still 'In Production'. I sent an email 10 days ago and received a response (eventually) saying that they had fallen behind but were 'back on track' and I should receive my order by Christmas. I don't see that happening, and how far behind schedule are they if they are still processing orders from a month ago? It's particularly vexing that even though they are clearly in over their heads with orders, I see offers every day in my mailbox. Are the new orders being processed first, while mine sits, and sits, and sits?

I ordered my socks November 21st as a Christmas gift. It is now Dec 20th and they still have not arrived. I emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back. Completely unacceptable.

The socks are very poor quality, the picture of the dog is very poor quality. A gift for my daughter and she can't even tell it's her dog. I emailed them and got a "form" email back but no response to the issue. Oh well, live and learn!

This company is a scam and their customer service is unacceptable. I purchased a pair of socks and paid EXTRA for 2 faces. It took a month to receive the product and it only had 1 face on it. I contacted customer service and they responded 4 days later saying it would be reprinted and I should receive an email regarding shipping. Never got that and now I can't get customer service to respond. I ordered on 11/16/18 so that this could be a Christmas gift but it looks like I won't be getting my corrected order. This company is horrible at making products and great at stealing people's money.

I ordered two pairs on December 1st and have not received any updates from the company. When looking online, it says they are still in production, which means these will not be given out on Christmas morning. Emails to support go unanswered.

Ordered them Nov 29. Still have not received them. The tracking number was generated on Dec 10, but the shipping company has not gotten anything. It's clear they won't be here in time for Christmas, despite ordering in what should have been plenty of time. They have no phone number to contact, so all I can do is wait for someone to email me back, which they have yet to do.

My order says it’s still in production, even though it was placed in November. Can’t leave a positive review for something I still haven’t received
