I bet one of you has my socks and I have your's!!! I ordered 11/22 and finally received my shipment yesterday. IT IS THE WRONG DOG AND SOCKS!!!! I cannot get a legitimate phone number and sent an email, using their system, and did not receive confirmation they received my contact. I am praying they get in touch with me prior to Christmas!

Very disappointed. Ordered on November 27 and today is December 20th and still no socks. Tried to find a contact phone number on website & none can be found. Have emailed several times & each time I get a response "Thanks for sniffing out Pup Socks, someone will get back to you . . ." so far no one has! I have a tracking number, but there has been no movement of the package for several days. Fraud???

BUYER BEWARE! I received 3 pairs of socks, two are correct and the third pair has an unknown dog face on it. As these were to be Christmas gifts (ordered Nov 20th) I tried to call, and their phone is disconnected and they do not respond to emails. I would have left a zero star review if that was possible.

If I could give them "0" stars, I would. I ordered a Christmas gift on November 29th. Their site says 7 days production- maybe a little more during holidays. After several attempts to email them, they finally responded to the third one. "Running behind". It is now December 20th, I still don't have the gift and it won't arrive prior to me leaving for holiday travel. They don't seem to care. I would not order from this company. They don't even have a customer service phone number that you can call.

I ordered my socks on December 1st, on the 14th I received a tracking update from DHL, it seems that it is lost because the last update says it was processed on the 10th and no updates since. I have emailed you three times and am getting a automated response, I need to be contacted, this is for a holiday gift, it should have arrived by now.

I get that a company like this probably gets inundated around the holidays, completely understandable. So after waiting nearly a month for my product to arrive, I expected that the socks would have my dog on them. Nope. Not even close. When I tried to call the company, the phone number was not legitimate. I've contacted them via email, but I am so disgusted with how this company runs their business. Check that a personalized order is correct before you send it, especially when you've taken a long time to make it and leave little room for return/error so close to the holidays.

I wanted a status update on my order and they could only tell me that it would ship by early January, over a month after it was ordered- with no ETA. I asked if there is someone I speak with and the person on Instagram (only way I could get them to respond) stated they do not have the options to call only email or social..... horrible customer service. I just want to CANCEL and get a REFUND. What a scam. Buyer beware is an understatement.

Ordered Christmas presents in November and it still hasn't been shipped! I contacted the company and no one responded. I am VERY upset.
