What a cute product, but very slow and, importantly, there's a serious lack of communication regarding progress and delivery time. I ordered a two-pack of socks on Dec 3, and apparently they are still "in production" on Dec 20. I've written the customer service folks several emails checking in to see if the socks could be expedited, but they haven't bothered replying at all. Truly disappointing. It seems like every other retailer is on top of this--Pupsocks, you have got to get it together! Just inform us about it so we can plan. Put the expected final date on the order form. Disappointing.

Giving one star, because it being the holidays, ordered socks to take with me for a Christmas present, leaving tomorrow from NJ to Fl, and now I have to get another gift to take. Not happy at all, ordered socks on Nov 28th and here it is Dec 20th.

Placed my order on December 2nd as a Christmas Gift for my husband, I finally received my "Pup Socks" on December 19th... except well, it was not even MY DOG! There is a phone number to call which is provided on the packing slip, called that number and what would you know? It is OUT OF SERVICE. I have sent an email to their "customer service" through their website...I am sure that I will not be getting a response. BUYER BEWARE. This is completely unacceptable, the owners of this company are clearly negligent and have ZERO interest in customer service.

Couldn’t tell you if the product is good or not, I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for them to arrive. These were intended as a Christmas gift and ordered plenty in advance but sadly it looks like I won’t be receiving them in time to gift them.

Put in an order the end of November. Have not heard anything about my order. Checked online and still in production. Emailed to see when it would be ready, still have not heard anything. I have no idea what they will be like. But the service is poor. I do like that some of the proceeds go to help animals. Hopefully, it really does.

Zero Stars. I haven't received my order as of today, December 20. I ordered two pairs on November 29 and my order is still labeled "In Production." I have emailed (x2) the company, reached out to them on Facebook, and my only reply is an automated message and this survey.

Is it possible to give them a zero? I am so frustrated. I ordered 2 pair of socks on 11/28. They just came on 12/17. One looks great and quality and colors seem good. The second pair is basically identical to the sample they show on the website. They did not print the photo I sent on the socks? There was a phone number of the packaging slip which I called but it is disconnected? I emailed and, like others who have commented, received the canned email two days ago and nothing since. Bummer to have a quality product and no customer service what so ever! Run, do not walk, away from using this company! There are others out there who I’m sure can make a similar product and any amount of customer service would be more than this company has.

I am so disappointed! I placed my order on November 26 and today is December 20th and i have not received the socks. Tried to find a contact phone number on the website & there isn't one. I did email and received this: "Thanks for sniffing out Pup Socks, someone will get back to you . . ." I have heard from no one and the website still says that my socks are in production. Good thing I paid via paypal, because if the sock don't come soon, I will file a complaint.
