I purchased Pup Socks as a gift for my husband, however it has been 1 month since I paid and placed my order and I still have not received the product that I paid for. I wrote an email to customer service requesting the status of my order as when I checked the status on the website for over a week now it just says that my order is “in process.” It has been 6 days since I wrote to customer service inquiring about the status and I have received nothing other than an automated email confirming that they received my inquiry and that I would hear from them soon. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I was so excited to give these as a gift and now it appears as though it is not going to arrive in time for the upcoming Christmas holiday.

I ordered these socks weeks ago and haven’t seen them. Apparently they have been in Canada for 3 day? They are a Christmas present for our son? Why are you asking for a review when I don’t have them yet?

DO NOT ORDER ... THESE SOCKS ARE TOTAL CRAP. I ordered two pairs (purple and red) on 12/3 and JUST received today 12/20. Opened the package and they are horrendous. They are sewn together uneven with a big wrinkle in the heel, fraying at the top, random black stitches all over, a yellowish burn mark on one, and the worst part ... there is a dye line going down the sides of the socks. My dog looks distorted with red on the chin and super small face. I paid $53.00 and had high hopes for these. Also, the sizing... ordered a small and they are huge... they will be way too big for kids (which is who I ordered for). The material is slippery too. All in all... this is a HUGE bust. Don’t do it... looks like from other reviewers I won’t be hearing back from anyone either.

Ordered Nov 23. Now Dec 20 and have not received anything. This company takes your money and does not produce. It’s a scam. Cant even reach anybody. No number to call and they don’t respond to emails. Don’t bother!

Order made on 29 November 2018, notification received that a shipping label was made on 13 December 2018, awaiting item for shipping. 20 December 2018 and have not received item. Not happy! 😡

Shipping took forever and there was no communication. The socks are beautiful.

Crappy socks took FOREVER to get here. Customer service was weak at best and took multiple emails/days to respond. Ordered socks on 11/24 and they arrived on 12/20. The socks are crappy. Not even cotton and the dog image will look ridiculous when stretched out over one's calf. Basically a waste of $20 per sock pair.

Never received the merchandise and no one responded my queries.
