I ordered on December 3, 2018 with a guaranteed Christmas arrival. Here we are 12/21/2018 and I have hear NOTHING from the company. I've reached out on ALL platforms, email, website and Facebook with NO reply. I made a BBB complaint and now have a dispute filed with my credit card.

The socks did not come with my dogs photo. I double checked the email and there was a photo of the dog in the email.

I ordered my socks a month ago as Christmas presents and still have not received them. Have tried to contact multiple times and haven’t heard anything back.

VERY unhappy with Pupsocks. I ordered a blanket and socks at the end of November. They were very prompt in taking my money, in fact they charged my credit card immediately. It is now Dec. 21 and I STILL haven't received anything. I started sending emails in week three. I sent NUMEROUS (like 20) e-mails and never got any answer until this week, Dec. 19. They say that my package will be here by Christmas Eve. I'm not counting on it. I went out and bought something else--had to spend another $100.00 for the replacement gift, thank you, PupSocks (perhaps you'd like to reimburse me for the added expense). So, my recommendation for anybody who is thinking of ordering--DON'T DO IT!

Horrific Company. I ordered my 2 pairs of socks for$45 Nov. 30th and Have not recieved them. it still says they are in production and I have emailed them over 10 times. no one will get back to me. I will report them to the BBB. Horrible they just take our money. Angela M

Never received my order and never got a response from this company. Had to report as fraud. Do not trust this site

Absolutely dismal. No communication about my order, which I still haven't received.

I paid over 30$ and they never sent my bag. ripoff
