If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed my order on November 25. Contacted them to see where my order was and said I’d have them by Christmas. Tracking package says will be delivered on Dec 26. I will be mailing them right back for refund.

I ordered socks in November as a Christmas gift, and I still have not received them.

Never received my order. Never received response from Pupsocks despite multiple inquiries. Just have to write off the $60 they took from me.

Only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. Never received my order and customer service never responded to me. Disappointing.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered on December 3 for a Christmas gift and their website states it takes 7 days for production. Even with the holiday rush, it still should have at least shipped by now (17 days later). I contacted customer service twice and they never responded. I can't believe I paid $40 for a pair of socks and received such horrible service. Who knows if they will even ship, but they charged my credit card 17 days ago.

I will never order from this company again. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered a month ahead in November. It longer than they stated to ship. It was supposed to be delivered today and it wasn't it's just been sitting in the last facility for days. Customer service did bare minimum and didn't seem concerned whatsoever. I won't have them for Christmas. Terrible way to run a business. Beyond over it.

I finally received these socks. After Christmas!!!! Took many weeks to get them. Extremely disappointed! I emailed them to let them know I never received them and they never got back in touch with me. Don’t buy from this seller. Plus these socks were too large

Ordered and paid extra to have 2 pups faces on each pair of socks I ordered. Both pairs only have 1 on each. No call or contact to see what to edit, and no refund of extra paid to have 2 faces on the socks I ordered. Will not order again from pupsocks.
