Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas cost me more, and product still not here by Christmas. Contacted customer service and the email to them bounces back. Submit a request for help through their website and they never responded even after the 72 hours they said. Product finally came and looks awful, smudges, smears, etc. Don't do it!!!

I still have not received my order. It was suppose to be a Christmas present and that didn’t happen.

I ordered 4 pairs of socks for my kids for Christmas. I ordered on December 6th and did not receive until December 27th..after Christmas. On top of that I received a wrong pair with a dog I have never seen and none of our children have that dog. I have sent many emails as there is no customer service number to call and speak to a person. I am very disappointed as I was so excited to give them their socks all together on Christmas and had to wrap the pictures from the order confirmation. Then I receive the socks and one pair is wrong so that whole happy surprise went way south!!! Would I buy from here again..no. Would I suggest this company again..not real sure on that one. The socks do not even fit like a sock..Very Bery disappointed for the $100.00+ for 4 pairs of socks. Beth

I have not received my pup socks and I ordered them on dec 12. I reached out last week and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointed.

Sadly these socks were disappointing. The dog’s face was barely visible (I know she is a black dog, but I would think since these are marketed as custom they would fix them). Socks were not soft whatsoever. I was embarrassed this was a gift for a great friend and I almost died when I saw them. Not to mention arrived after Christmas (but was told they would ship in time). I won’t be using this website for orders again.

Poor communication, I emailed them twice with no response. I paid additional $ for the Christmas Guarantee, these socks were not delivered for Christmas

Delivered the wrong socks. Customer service won’t reply to my request for the correct item or a refund.

They were promised by Christmas, got them after new years. They were supposed to have MY Great Dane and I got a chihuahua and a lab puppy. No one answers email, or chat. Email bounced day before yesterday. The domain can't be found. Took my money and ran.
