I'd give zero stars if possible. Customer service is non-existent. No phone number and no response to 2 emails. My order has been "In Production" since Dec 2. Will I ever get it???

NEVER AGAIN & FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO ORDER CUSTOMIZED SOCKS! I placed an order for 3 pairs of puppy socks from this company on 12/10/2018 and have NOT received anything to date. I have contacted their customer service department twice and have NOT received any word on where my order is...SO FRUSTRATED! The company WILL take your money right away but it has taken forever and their customer service TERRIBLE. I wish I went with another company and am regretting ordering from pup socks site. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET EITHER!

Unfortunately I haven’t received my order yet. It was placed November 29 and they are Christmas gifts. Was also very disappointed that was in US dollars when purchased the Groupon on a Canadian site. I hope the quality is worth the cost and time waiting

I have not received my order and have no idea where it is! I emailed the customer care group and never received a reply! It’s a shame because I think this is a great idea! I really needed these in time for Christmas but don’t believe they will get here

Order never arrived and am getting no response! What kind of company is this? I was billed right away and got an email confirmation but when I “track my order” on their website it is not found. I get an auto reply from their email address. The phone number on my statement is not in working order. I am disputing it through my credit card. Total scam!

I ordered a pair of cocks on Nov 21st. On Dec 8th I received an email that my package just arrived to my country (Mexico) but does not specifies the address. I assumed to a warehouse or delivery company and that I would get my socks shortly. I sent an email on December 17th asking for the status. I´ve waited 4 days and have not gotten any response. I´m really angry and want a solution please!!!!!

ZERO customer service. The phone # doesn't work, people don't get back to you. They sent me the wrong socks. I've got someone's dog, not my cat. I've emailed in time for them to remedy their mistake but have heard nothing from anyone for 5 days. First and last time with PupSocks.

Do not order from this website. I waited basically a month for my order and not only was it not my dog's face on the socks, but it wasn't even a dog's face in general. Just some lady? Super confused/annoyed. They have no contact info except to send an email, and they don't respond to those. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
