Horrible Customer Service. On 11/23 I asked if I had time to place an order for Christmas delivery. I was told on that day production time was 7 days. Placed my order with in seconds. After trying to contact them several times at 21 days when my order was still under process I was told they were behind in production but assured I would have the items before Christmas. The items shipped on 12/18, GROUND DELIVERY, didnt even try to fulfill what they promised. Its Christmas, East coast to West Coast. My items ground are coming the day AFTER Christmas. What was so hard, knowing your in the wrong to maybe send it 3 day air? Never placing an order again even after their “opps sorry here is 40% off your next order”. They shound have taken that 40.00 and put it to guaranteed shipping so the items they assured would arrive before Christmas would.

Ordered Nov 30 for a Christmas present. Now Jan 2 and still don’t have product. Took two weeks to produce the socks and now 3 weeks in shipping. Company needs to know that shipping Christmas gifts in this manner is totally unacceptable. I’ve given up that I’ll ever receive them and will now dispute the charge with my cc company

It is after 9:30pm on 12/21/18. I’d love to be able to review the socks themselves but they have not been delivered yet. DHL is proving to be a terrible shipping service and I’d suggest this company choose another. The socks have been hanging out at some DHL place in Georgia all week long! I’m hoping I can get these in time for Christmas, as Pupsocks website boasted, since I ordered them in mid NOVEMBER. Yet, it’s not looking promising. I attempted to contact DHL and could only ask a question online with general canned text responses. It does appear that my order was processed timely by Pupsocks. UPDATE- 12/26 and still no socks. DHL Tracking indicates they just got to Missouri. It took over 12 days for one pair of socks to ship from Georgia to Missouri. Wondering how long it will take them to ship from Missouri to Illinois??? Pupsocks should be embarrassed that the company they use to ship offers horrendous and untimely service. However, by the looks of other reviews, the company doesn’t care much about customer service either.

placed an order a month ago and havent received yet, now almost a month later, no reply to my number of emails because there is NO customer service number to call. terrible customer service............

They promised delivery and did not deliver !

I ordered blue socks with 2 dogs. I received green socks with baby faces. I have written 8 emails and no response. Trying to get my order replaced. There is no customer service phone number available that I can find. No matter how cute the product is. The customer service is nonexistent. They will leave no choice but to report them to the BBB and the attorney general inAtlanta GA

Still have not received my order. I have been trying to contact you to change shipping address but you refuse to answer. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Traveling for Xmas and won’t be able to give these to my daughter until we get home in the new year. Ordered the docks end of November and still have not received them.

I placed an order well before their Christmas cut off date (order was placed in November)and I won’t receive my order until after Christmas. I also emailed them 3 times and only got a response back once my order was shipped, just to say it was shipped. No apologies for my disappointments or for not answering my first two emails. Such a terrible company to work with.
