The quality is really bad

Pupsocks is like smelly dog poop. I ordered my product about a month ago, and all I got was my card charged and an email confirmation. I never got any follow up on my product, or shipment. Then I had to send TWO emails in order to get anyone to get back into contact with me; I would have called in order to expedite the process, but these tail waggers DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. And on top of that, because they failed to actually make an effort to communicate with me, now I don’t have my sisters Christmas gift and wont it until AFTER Christmas when I was informed otherwise. I would NOT have ordered if I knew this would happen (I go home for holiday so I won’t even be in town to get it to give to her). So thanks pupsocks, for really pupping up my Christmas plans 😐 anyway, as cute as these things are, the customer service was horrible, tracking and shipment is a mess, and im HOPING that the end product is at least decent. Good luck to all you doggo mommies and daddies that just want something fun and cute to show off their babies. -upset doggie aunt out ✌🏼

Ordered two pair. Received an email that one of the photos I uploaded had "2" faces on it. The photo had the back of a person holding the dog. Asked them to just charge the additional $2.99. They told me that they couldn't do that. I needed to cancel and reorder. Found same socks for less with another vendor. Have asked for a refund twice and no response and no refund.

I’m so mad. I ordered some socks in November as a Christmas present for my husband. The advertising on the website stated that there was a special discount for people who didn’t want or need their socks to come until after Christmas. I assumed that meant that anybody who had ordered already would have their packages arrive by Christmas. I was wrong. I had zero tracking updates until two days ago when I was informed that my purchase would not be here until after Christmas. The customer service at this company as terrible as well. I reached out to them several times about when my order might arrive. I was reassured that it would be here before Christmas which it will not be, and the only compensation I received is a discount code for a future purchase that I will not be using

Have ordered a large order on 12/1. Keeps saying in production, and now says no order exists after my credit card has been charged. I've sent 4 emails with no response and have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive..today is dec 22 2018..was emailed stating this would be delivered before Xmas..checked shipping status new arrival date is 12/26/18.. the day after XMAS :(

Buyer Beware. Ordered 2 pairs with identical pictures and size on 27 November. No word on status so emailed 15 December and got what appears to be standard response to be patient. Received socks shortly after, which from reading reviews I should be thankful for. However, one pair was the correct photos of the two dogs I had uploaded. The other pair had a dog and cat on them. Sent request for a refund since this was a Christmas present and there was no way to get the correct pair on time. Got one auto response that they were sorry I wasn’t happy but I could upload the photos again and wait for replacement or get a refund. I emailed back asking for refund for one pair that was incorrect. Have heard nothing in response. The pair we received that was correct looks really nice but their quality control and customer service is sorely lacking.

Have not heard a peep from this company since I placed my order on December 1. Repeatedly emailed customer service with no replies! Reporting to credit card company as scam! Horrible! Do not buy from them!
