I placed my order for four pairs of Pupsocks on December 3rd and I’m still waiting, no email, no update, nothing. My order has been “in process” on the website for over a week. They don’t respond to emails and there is no phone number to call. I have even left messages on their instagram that were promptly deleted. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund.

Do not order from here. I ordered a pair of pup socks as a Christmas gift on December 1st and its now the 22nd. I have sent FOUR email request asking for status as the website still shows in production. They have no customer service as they have not responded to any emails !!! There are no phone numbers to contact this company either so I wonder if they're even legitimate !!!

I received the wrong order and still haven’t heard back from someone even though it has been several days since I reached out. Very disappointed with my experience and lack of customer service.

I ordered my socks on November 23rd and still have not received them. The tracking number says I will not receive them until December 27th. Over a month after I ordered them. The purpose of ordering early was so that I could have them by Christmas. Had I known I wouldn’t get them until after Christmas, I would have never ordered. Ridiculous.

I received the socks with a different dogs picture, not the one that was ordered and confirmed. I emailed about the mistake and still have not received a response. I’m very upset as this was a Xmas gift.

Horrible! Ordered on 12/1 with ample time to arrive for the holiday. Customer service is non existent until you complain to the BBB. Was promised it would arrive for Christmas and that they would ship via Priority mail which didn’t happen. Due to arrive after Christmas now. Spent too much money for crappy service and from what I now read a crappy quality product. Want a refund!

I ordered my socks Black Friday. They shipped 12/6. They have been sitting in IL since 12/17. Pupsocks tells me it is a DHL issue; DHL is entirely unreachable. I have emailed both extensively. One month later I am still without my order, which by any standard is unacceptable. What is worse, the company refuses to help me. I have no idea if and when my order will arrive - one month later. As a small business owner myself, I simply cannot fathom running this type of business.

I still have only received one out of the three different pairs of socks I ordered. the one I received is great, but Christmas is next week and I still don't have the other two pairs. Roberta DeYoung
