I have not rec'd my socks even tho it was a month ago. Ive had no communication from u...when I look at my account it says its being processed. But also, the average time to get the product is about 2 weeks. I'm so unhappy that they wont be here for Christmas.

Haven't seen my order yet - ordered on Dec 1 and didn't ship until Dec 17. And still haven't received them.

Socks never arrived, nobody ever responds to communication. They stole my money. Have reported to Better Business Bureau.

So disappointed with this company. I was so excited for my personalized gift but will not receive my order before Christmas. I ordered in plenty of time based off their shipping timelines. Please don't believe what they say regarding how long it takes to receive. You will be left empty handed like me this Christmas.

Order placed on Nov. 26, still no tracking number. After 2 emails sent to the company with no response, I messaged them on every social media outlet until they finally replied on INSTAGRAM of all outlets. Very disappointed

Still have not recieved order. Ordered it December 1st. Not happy. Won’t do business with this company again. Wouldn’t recommend either.

I attempted to order socks with two different groupons, neither of which were accepted. Over the past month or so I have emailed the company about five times seeking help, but have yet to receive any. An email to groupon got an extremely unhelpful response. I wouldn’t have been bothered not getting these socks in time for Christmas as I could give presents late, but now I’m worried I’m getting no socks and sitting here with two useless groupons. Wish I hadn’t bothered.
