Never received! I never got my package from your company. I don’t think I ever got a tracking number.

Where is my order 2 days before Christmas. My twins are going to be heartbroken.

Fraud. six weeks and still not received anything. They are not contactable, even though I have sent emails. I think this company is a fraud.

This has to be the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service. Will not respond to anything. They are a total scam. I emailed them 5 times and I did not receive 1 response. Please do not order from this horrible company!!!!! I gave them 1 star only because zero stars is not an option!!!

Beware the fraudulent five star reviews of this company. They've paid a service to submit fake reviews. This company IS fraudulent with two years of repeat issues (not delivering socks before Christmas, delivering the wrong socks, not responding to emails, and extremely poor quality/value of goods on the rare occasion of correct delivery). I ordered $450 worth of gifts on 11/21 for Christmas and they are still "In Production" on 12/27 with no response. Only when I disputed a charge with my credit card company did I get a response... and once I lifted the dispute, all back to non-delivery-normal. Hmmmm.... Also note that this company uses various FRAUDULENT mail tracking services thus the tracking IDs are invalid. This is a massive scam and I hope the founders get their names out there (Zach Zelner, Todd Stephenson) in the press so they can never defraud consumers again.

Got order within 3 weeks wrong color with someone else's dog on them!!! Company phone number disconnected and they won't answer the emails!! Its 2 days before Christmas. It's not looking good for me. I have a feeling it's going to be a total nightmare to get my money back!! DON'T TRUST THEM

I ordered 2 pairs of socks on Nov 24th for christmas and on Dec 22 they still have not even shipped let alone arrived. Very frustrating for 50$
