I ordered the pair in early November and still have not received the order.

Ordered socks on November 23 and have not seen them yet. Do not order from them. Hard to impossible to contact. Used my credit card and they took the money. Phone number they gave to credit card is a non -working number . Finally got a text with an order number and tracking number. Says socks were on way to DHL on Dec 8. The trail ends there. DHL says contact merchant. Left an email on Dec. 21. Still no response. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Better Business Bureau should put them out of business.

I placed my order on November 20th and it still says its in production. I have emailed them twice with no reply. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and their website says orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Ordered socks almost a month ago for Christmas and still haven’t received them!! I have sent two emails inquiring and have not received a reply back from them. Extremely disappointed that I will not have them here in time, not to mention I have no idea the status because no one will get back to me!!

Updated 12/26: Not only did the socks I ordered on Nov 25th arrive the day after Christmas, one of the socks had the wrong picture on it. I dont know whose cat was on those pair of socks but it surely wasn't mine. If I could give you NO stars, I would. And no one from customer service ever got back to me! You are the trifecta of HORRIBLE!!! 12/21: I received a request for review and yet I have not received my order yet. I placed my order on Nov. 25 and they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. When I checked the order tracking, it said it was en route via DHL. Your website says everything was made in the USA, so why did the tracking say my order was shipped by DHL on Dec 7th and en route to USPS on Dec 20th? It is not scheduled to be delivered until Dec 28th. First, that means it came from overseas, second, it's too late for Christmas. Your website said shipping within the US would take 7 days to produce and 3-5 business days to be delivered. So why have I not received my order yet? I contacted customer service a few days ago and no reply yet. You have deceptive information on your website. I may change this review if my order arrives by Dec 24th. Even then, it would have taken a month to arrive. This is just horrible horrible service and deceptive advertising. I am a seasoned online shopper and have never had this bad an experience. I've also ordered from overseas vendors and those have arrived in less than a month. Also, this company didn't hesitate to charge my PayPal account right away rather than waiting until my item shipped like all reputable vendors would have done.

So dissapointed. For a company who is trying to benefit Humane Societies, you would think customer service would be a priority. Fortunately, there are now other sources that are doing the exact same thing and are hugely successful because they actually contact customers instead of ignoring inquiries about their orders. PupSocks needs to look up the definition of supply and demand. Their turnaround rate is horrible and they leave their customers guessing what happened to their order that was placed MONTHS ago! Just own it if you cannot keep up. Makes me wonder if the dogs and cats they claim they are helping are actually receiving it! Pathetic 😢😡

Place your order early! I placed my order on 11/29 and it’s 12/23 and still no socks for Xmas. When asked about delivery for Xmas a shipping labe was made but the socks still haven’t started tracking.
