They obviously have production and/or supply chain issues. Cannot even reach them to resolve issue with order. Will never be using this site again.

Extremely disappointed!!! I placed an order for 4 pairs of socks November 28th. I have still not received day order and when I email customer service they rarely respond. It says my order has shipped and was suppose to arrive December 20th. They never came and now I have no expected delivery date! These were all gifts for Christmas and they were guaranteed to be here by Christmas! I am expecting a refund as I had to purchase different gifts in the place of the socks!!! Do not plan to order from this company again!

I ordered socks on Dec. 2nd. I have not received them. I have emailed multiple times with no response . VERY disappointed!! I had planned to give them as Christmas gifts. VERY poor customer service!!

Can’t exactly review it if I still don’t have the product! I ordered 2 pairs of socks a month ago. Email says I’ll get them by 8 pm Christmas Eve now. That’s waaaaay too long for a pair of socks. I ordered them because I was inundated with your ads on social media back in November!! Disappointed.

Ordered a pair of socks an entire month before Christmas and did not receive them in time for the holiday. Really bummed with my whole experience— tried contacting the company 15 business days after I had not received an update regarding my order and received a response a week later with a tracking number that did not even work. Still have not received my socks :-(

Ordered my socks 11-23-18 for a Christmas gift. Still in production. Have emailed 3 times and one response back 2 weeks ago said I would have them by Christmas and still not here or made. Sent an email to request a reading an no response. Never again will I order and I still want my money back.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks . 1 bunny pair & 1 dog. One pair came looking like my bunny & the dog pair had my dogs face as blue ... she is ginger color . The socks themselves are pink.. not sure why her face is blue . I contacted the company last week and didn’t hear back ... I left another email 2days ago... still nothing . Horrible customer service & the product is not worth the money .
