GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

If I could rate GoPupSocks a ZERO I would. I placed an order for over $200.00 back in the middle of November. I was told by their team I will receive my order before Christmas. There was even advertisements on their website/twitter/Instagram/Facebook that as long as orders are placed before Dec4 you WILL get your orders in time for Christmas. This was a big FAT LIE. Not only did I not receive my order, NO ONE from the company responded to ANY of my emails. There is not even a phone number on their website to contact the company. This company took my money, failed to keep their promises, and left me without gifts for the family. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company. They cannot be trusted. PLEASE READ REVIEWS AND COMMENTS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH THESE UNLOYAL SCAMMERS. You’ve been warned. They took my money, Have not responded to any emails or messages and my order has not shipped.

I ordered my socks on December third and I still have not received them. I have sent two emails and no response. Cmon guys, I literally live two hours away from where your company is set up from. How hard is it to give me my socks I paid $50 for. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

4 weeks since I placed my order and still nothing. Terrible communication, this company is not to be trusted, there are other, more reliable companies out there. These people are dishonest and cannot fulfill the orders they are taking and never respond to customer inquiries. Awful.

I placed my order on December 1st. I sent a contact request on the 17th as well as the 21st. I have heard nothing back about my order. It is acceptable if they didn’t expect to be so popular for the holiday. But not having an customer service is inexcusable. I am very frustrated and would like it if someone who worked there have a crap.

Giving them a 1 srar rating is too much at this point in time. I placed my order over 5 weeks ago and it is 2 days before Christmas and I have no bkanket for my daughter. I am very disappointed. Like everyone else money is tight and having $80.00 tied up in a Santa gift that isn't here is disheartening. I responded to one emsil asking how I liked the product, I explained that at that time I had not received it. This survey today (12-23-18) is the only other communication I have recieved. I am so thankful I never sent the information to friends to purchase items. I will never use them again and will let others know of my dissatifaction. Will be looking for refund information tomorrow. Just breaks my heart. My daughter loves her puppy and this would have been the most heart warming gift for her to receive.

Second order placed on 12/2/18 and not scheduled to arrive until 12/26/18.

Haven't received one order placed the first week of December. The other two I received but quality of socks leaves much to be desired, they are stiff and not very stretchy. Dog reproduction is poor. I will not order again.

I never received my product. Never received response to email about missing product.
