Almost a month and still haven’t heard a word or received my pair of socks that were a Christmas gift. Sent two emails, no response. Still shows “in production” like it has for weeks.

I placed an order on Thanksgiving Day thinking it would be plenty of time to receive my order for Christmas presents. After hearing nothing for weeks I finally tried emailing to get an update from the company. After sending three emails I finally received a response that they were working on it. It is now December 24th and my order did not arrive as promised. If I had known 5 weeks was not enough time I would not have ordered from this company. I will NOT recommend this company to anybody due to their lack of customer service and timeliness of fulfilling orders. I am going to be seeking a refund.

Ordered one pair of socks on cyber Monday and they never showed. Disappointed a gift won’t be here for Christmas.

Christmas Eve. Still waiting for my order.

Ordered 5 weeks and still waiting for product.

Not happy! Ordered some items the middle of November for Christmas, were told it would arrive in time for Christmas, did not arrive! Couldn't even track package, not impressed!

Socks did not arrive in time for christmas. I had to email numberous times to get status of order which I placed December 2. It took days for them to return an email message. I kept asking if they would arrive in time for Christmas, they kept assuring me they thought so and they are not here.

No communication, no response to three emails asking where our order is. Payment taken immediately, but no updates, no communication, no delivery, and it has been a MONTH since we ordered the socks. I want to know where our items are, and I'd like a person to actually contact us.
