HORRIBLE!!! I ordered socks over a month ago as a Christmas gift for my son and they have not arrived yet - today is 12/25/18, Christmas Day!! Will NEVER use Pupsocks again.

Just gave them to husband and they are too small. I am so sad because he loved them but can’t wear them. These are too expensive to not fit 😞

Socks fit terribly. They are so tight on the lower leg above the ankle and there is easily an extra inch hanging off the toe. If they weren’t so tight above the ankle, we could at least pull them up and make them wearable. This is a Christmas present that fell completely flat and are unwearable. I am so disappointed.

I placed an order on November 25th and still did not receive the item. Never got a confirmation email that the order was placed either. Only when I contacted customer service on December 14th did my order ship out and I received an email saying to direct all concerns to USPS. Overall, I am just really disappointed.

Item still hasn’t arrived that was ordered in November and as this was a Christmas present it’s extremely disappointing. I emailed the company on December 10 and have not received any info on where the order is and what’s happening.

Where's My Stuff? Ordered my daughter's Christmas present at the end of November because your website said 7 days to produce and 3-5 days to ship. Tracking simply says my order is 'in production'. I've e-mailed customer service and cannot even get a response. It's Christmas Day and I am missing my daughter's big gift. Very disappointed.

Ordered 4 pairs of socks on November 27 for my kids for Christmas...No word from you guys and no socks to give my kids!!!!

I ordered customs socks a month prior crossing my fingers the socks would be in on time. Although I got a package, it was the WRONG order. I instead got done else’s custom order. I emailed customer service a week ago, not yet responded. I’m so disappointed
