Horrible quality socks that I wouldn’t want to wear and certainly won’t be giving as the gifts they were intended for. The printing is adequate for the dogs face but the colour leaves a white line along each side of the sock and makes them look even cheaper quality then they feel. I have sadly requested a refund and will not be purchasing again.

They are getting a 1 as 0 is not an option. I ordered, and paid for 4 pair of socks for Christmas gifts on 11/23/18. They were not received by Christmas. I inquired early December, and was assured though production was behind, they would arrive by Christmas, which they did not. I inquired yet again and received a canned email to be patient. I am disappointed that they cannot meet their customer needs. I would not order from them.

I placed my order in mid November for 2 pairs of Pupsocks for my children to wear at Xmas. After approx 8 - 10 emails of false promises and requests for me to be 'patient', I have still not received the socks and it is 2 days past Xmas. I am extremely disappointed and if Pupsocks cannot fill orders in time for Xmas, then they should put a closing date on the website to avoid customers being disappointed. Now all I want from Pupsocks is a refund as nobody wants to wear Xmas socks in January!! There are many warnings about Pupsocks online and I just wish that I had checked them out first!

I received the wrong order. No response from customer service when I tried to get my order resolved. Couldn't call and speak to someone as your phone number is not in service. No response to the email I sent with a photo of the wrong order I received. I feel like I am just out the money I spent.

I received the wrong color socks. My order slip had the correct color as well. I have emailed the company 4 times about correcting the mistake and have not heard anything back for 3 weeks. Horrible customer service

We ordered very, very early and socks did not arrive by Christmas. Tracking information did not update regularly or well. Mid December customer service assured me that it would arrive on time. All further requests for information and updates went unanswered. Company has been asking for reviews and product has not yet arrived.

OMG! Could not have been a worse experience. I've have been an e-Consumer for years, doing most of my shopping on-line using various sites. This PupSocks has BY FAR been the worst experience. I placed my order just after Thanksgiving and NEVER RECEIVED the blanket I ordered for my little girl. Not only that, the company contacted me early on to say it was a 'very good image'. I've emailed 2x and tried tracking several times and it's always said "IN PRODUCTION". To add insult to injury, I keep getting emails encouraging me to place new orders. WHAT A JOKE! I'd love to see this business, OUT OF BUSINESS.

Horrible. I put in an order on November 26 and it is Christmas day and still have not recived my order. Total garbage. This place is garbage. They did charge me immediately though. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Update: It is now December 27th and after numerous emails I still have not heard from them orher than a form letter. Update 2: I received the goods in full on Jan 2.
