Still waiting for an order placed on Nov 30th. Ordered a blanket for my college daughter with her cat on it. Was so excited to give it to her. Continually says "In Production" Emailed the company 2x and no response. Have seen others say that phone# is not working. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and hopefully get my $ back.

Well Christmas has come and gone, and I never received my order, when I placed in November 27th. My money was debited the same day. I've now emailed twice and waiting for a response still. So not happy at all.

I am unable to review the socks I ordered because they have not yet arrived. I ordered them on December 10th, they were Christmas presents. I did not see any notice when I ordered explaining that they would not be ready for Christmas or I would have At least known not to expect them for Christmas presents. I am hopeful that the socks are of good quality when they arrive. I sent an email asking if they would arrive before Christmas and received a canned response saying we are working to fill all orders.

I do not recommend this company. I ordered & paid for 3 pair & only received 2. I have tried to contact pupsocks by phone (# not working) & by email. I have received no response.

Do not have so much to review since I still haven't recieved the socks...

I ordered these socks for Christmas weeks ago. They never arrived ☹️. The tracking system does not give much information. They say they arrived dec.21 in Amsterdam but were never delivered to my home. My friend also ordered some and has had the same problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time.

Wish I could write a great review but I ordered the socks nov 27th and shipping info has stalled as of dec 20th. My kids didn’t get the gift I was most excited about today for Christmas because their pup socks are sitting in a DHL warehouse somewhere.

Terrible experience. I placed my order on November 23 for two pairs of socks. They never arrived for Christmas. I’ve emailed company three times and only received a generic response - no one has contacted me. My order tracking only says ‘in production’. They charged my credit card immediately. I’ve contacted the BBB. This company is a joke and has horrible customer service. The cut off date for Christmas delivery was 12/4 and I ordered mine almost two weeks before cutoff date. Very disappointed.
