My order didn't arrive! I placed an order for a Christmas gift in late November. Was charged immediately. No communication since then, no socks. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and out $100! Terrible business model if you don't communicate with your customers, respond to email inquiries and do not send product out that is fully paid for.

I placed an order December 2 & did not receive my order until December 24. Customer service is basically non-existent, as there is no information on the website how to get in touch with customer service (no phone number, no email addresses). The socks are not cheap & when they finally did arrive, the quality was very poor. Would never order from this company again.

I ordered a pair of socks for my daughter on November 25, 2018. They were going to be a Christmas present. However, as of today, December 26, 2018, I still have not received the socks! Further, I never received any type of communication telling me that the production was delayed or that it could not be delivered timely.

I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed with PupSocks!! I ordered 2 pairs of socks back in November for a Christmas present and they still HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED and it is now the day AFTER Christmas. I have reached out to customer service for assistance and have not received a reply!!! Completely unacceptable and disappointing!

Ordered December 3. Website shows still “in production”. No response to my multiple emails. No disclaimers on website acknowledging production issues. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Placed my order on December 4th, as of December 26th the order is still in production. Customer service is non-existent. Do not order from this company. Have no idea when or if I will ever receive my order. Cannot get in touch with anyone regarding my order. I have sent emails and get a canned reply that they are busy and working on orders and will get back to me - THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I placed my order November 23rd. I uploaded my pet photo within hours. As of December 26th I still haven't received my order and Christmas came and went. The cost was charged to my credit card November 24th. Many reputable online companies don't charge until the order is fulfilled but not this company. Not sure why all the continued ads and promos for Holiday gifts when they aren't fulfilling orders already in queue. There's no Customer Service phone number. I emailed to check on the order status multiple times (the only way to reach the company...but apparently the emails just sit unanswered) and still without response. My online order status states, "in production" for over a month. Another family member placed an order after my order was placed and she received hers in time for Christmas. Will never recommend...first/last purchase experience. Order from a more reputable company!! From my perspective...taking as many orders and funds as possible as quickly as possible throughout the holidays was top priority over any timely order fulfillment.

Very disappointed in the ornament.. it’s on cardboard.. your website looks like a glass ball and I still haven’t received my blanket which was a Christmas present for my daughter.. if I ever get I have to pay to ship it to Chicago.. you’ve had my money since December 1st.. PLEASE resolve this issue..ASAP
