If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 items 11/26/18 and as of 12/27, still have not received. Communication is null, all you’ll receive back are generic auto replies. Very frustrating. Will be canceling order and try to recoup my money. Wish me luck. :/

I ordered my PupSocks on November 26, 2018 for Christmas, paid the appropriate postal rates for shipment to Canada and as of December 27, 2018 have still not received my order. Communication with the company was poor, and promises made on Twitter have not been kept (namely that orders placed on or before December 4th would be delivered by Christmas). My daughter went through another company (also in the States) for the same type of socks, ordered a week after I did and received her order in Canada a week and a half BEFORE Christmas. I understand that PupSocks had delivery problems in 2017 and that they've said they've sorted these out. A quick glance on Twitter shows that even after a year to fix these problems the company has still failed to satisfy a great number of customers.

Placed my order on Dec 2nd for a Christmas present. As of Dec 27th, I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service link provided with zero response. After looking further, this company has an F with the Better Business Bureau for several similar complaints that have gone unanswered and unresolved. I am now seeking options through my credit card company to cancel the payment and reclaim the funds.

Placed order for blanket, tote and socks NOV 29th. website stated 7-10 business days for production, 3-5 business days for delivery. today dec 27th, and my order says still in production. Ive inquired 3x since dec 18th if there was an issue, but no response except an auto generated email that a customer service agent will contact me.

Myst be a scam. Never received socks. No one will respond to my inquiries. And the market themselves as a charitable based organization?!?!?!

I am yet to receive my order placed one month ago. I purchased teo bundle packs, spent quite a lot of money and was unable to give these as Christmas presents. The worst part, I have found PupSocks very difficult to correspond with and have not had all of my enquiries responded to. I am very disappointed and would not recommend. Kate

The worst experience ever. Took over a month to arrive and no customer service at all!!!
