I ordered the socks on Nov 29 and they have not even been made yet. The website says they take 7 business days to fabricate. I have contacted customer support several times with no response. While this product is a great idea, I would not recommend this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks in November. Received December 24th And one pair had a picture of someone else’s dog not mine. Awful.

This company is completely unrilable and unprofessional! I can’t believe I’m reading these reviews with the same complaints I’m experiencing. I ordered the Xmas deal Dec 2, got a confirmation right away about the 4 pairs of socks and haven’t seen or heard anything from them since! It’s Dec 27!! I tried to email them but they didn’t respond. They have sent me plenty of weekly advertisements though. The socks were more expensive than other sites even with the “deal”. I recommend you go elsewhere.

I order these on December 1st and at time of order was guaranteed them for Christmas and they arrived 2 days later.

Horrible. I ordered on December 1st. Said guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Here is it December 27th and still no socks. I tried reaching out to them with no response. I paid $90 for 4 pair of socks that I have yet to receive. Total scam in my opinion. Very disappointed that my wife could not have these on Christmas. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received the wrong sock and/or not the correct print. Have contacted Customer Service about it. So far, no reply.

Order my socks on November 24th.....Just got them today on Dec 27th and missed Xmas. Brutal. Took over 5 weeks. Emailed Pup socks asking questions about the shippment....No reply. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY>

I thought I ordered in plenty of time to receive before Christmas as they were for gifts. I ordered on November 20, 2018 and I received them December 26, 2018....that was my first disappointment. But then opened them (I ordered 2 pairs: 1 dog and 1 cat) only to be disappointed again! My dog pair was in there along with someone else's order of a dog sock and my cat one was not there! After looking at the dog one I ordered, I didn't care for it and would not recommend these socks. I tried calling the phone number on my packing receipt only to hear, "This number is no longer in service"...what?!?!?! I am so disappointed with this company! What a waste of my time and money :o(
