Order two pair of socks and two coffee mugs with pictures of my best friends poodles on them. The order showed to be right. Even the receipt showed the pictures of the pups I sent. But the one pair of socks had some random dog on it and the 2 coffee mugs just had random catch phrases with no pictures of dogs. The order was so incorrect that atleast it was comical. Do not order from this site. Definitely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with! Brad Mc

All over their website clearly stated that orders placed would arrive before christmas. Its passed christmas and my order hasn't even left its orginal destination yet. Have sent multiple emails, I got all automated replies except for one that was extremely rude and didn't actully address my complaint.

Ordered in November for Christmas present. Sent December 22nd with someone else’s dog. Not only wrecked Christmas present but inable to get through to customer service for over a week. TERRIBLE

If I could give a zero star, I would! I ordered a pair of underwear for my husband for Christmas. I understand these items take time as they are custom made. But I was told I'd have by Christmas as I have PLENTY of time. Here we are 6 weeks later... no underwear. The tracking number I was given didn't work so when I reached out I got an automated message about allowing extra time for busy season. I DID, THANK YOU! I just got a new response that my item was shipped Dec 20 and reached California on December 23! No activity since then!! This is ridiculous and I will tell everyone not to order from MyPhotoSocks!

Ordered the socks for my husband for Christmas. Came frayed at the toes. Tried contacting customer service and haven’t heard anything from them in 4 days.

I ordered socks almost 6 weeks ago. Still have not received. Reached out by email. Received communication back couple days later was told yes I would have for Christmas, because they were useless to me if I did not receive by then. They were not shipped out until some time late on 12/20. REGULAR DELIVERY from Kansas to PA. Needless to say I did not get for Christmas. The people they were for left the day after. I still have not received and once I do what good are they? Waste of $54. Reached out to company still no reply about that though

I placed my order on 12/6. It’s currently 12/28 and I still don’t have my socks. I have reached out to this company multiple times to try to get an update and change the shipping but I have yet to get a response. I ordered this as a gift and if I had know it would take this long to come in, I would have shipped it straight to the person I was giving it to. But no response so I’ll have to ship it if I ever receive it. I’m very disappointed in the lack of response and the poor customer service. I will not be ordering from them again. And will recommend that my friends not order as well. Very disappointed.
