Never received order. They took my money and I never saw my socks.

Ordered 2 christmas ornaments obviously as Christmas gifts. Order placed Nov. 23rd. ONE ornament arrived approximately 2 1/2 weeks later - very disappointed with the quality. As I said, only ONE ornament was delivered. Never received any reply to my many emails asking about the 2nd ornament, but they were sure to charge me for TWO. Never will do business with this company again. Charged over $40 for these items and only received ONE that wasn't worth more than $5!!!!

Socks arrived and are cute (terrible fabric) but trying to get an answer from the company was ridiculous. I placed my order at the end of November and didn't receive my socks until December 23!

The socks are OK. Image came out pretty good, but they do feel/look a little cheap. By far the biggest issue with PupSocks is their terrible customer service. This is my second year in a row ordering these socks. I thought they might improve as they expanded over the last year, but I was wrong. I really regret not learning from my first experience. Both times, the socks were unacceptably delayed; it took over a month from when I ordered to delivery (Context, I live in NY and the socks ship from GA, so nothing crazy). On top of this huge delay, I was unable to get updates on the status of my order. Between the two orders, I sent at least 4 e-mails, but only got auto-responses. The website simply said "In Production" for over a month. In fact, my order is still "In Production," even though the socks arrived 4 days ago. Cute idea, but terrible execution. Wouldn't order again even if my feet were freezing and these were the only socks available.

Ordered socks for my daughter and sister with photos of our dogs for 25 bucks a pair on 11/23/18. I expected to have them well before Christmas. Received them 12/26. My sister’s black and white dog looks brown & black. Texture of socks is weird. Rip off!

Ordered weeks before the Christmas cut off - emailed asking when my order would be shipped and no response from anyone till December 28th. And all they had to say was “it’s in transit”.... yah a little late and terrible response times. Not only this the “codes” they said to use for a discount do not work, it’s all a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

You have crappy service. Ordered four pairs of dog socks for the family. They did not arrive in time for Xmas. Then this am, after Xmas I get a note that you cannot deliver the socks for the toddler. No way can I give the rest of the family puppy socks without him. I asked you to cancel the entire order. What a mess. You took six weeks to indicate you couldn't fill the order! And, were supposed to have it here by Xmas. What a disorganized, uninvested, plain bad company.

Ordered 4 pair of socks on 12/3/18, it's 12/28/18 and order has not shipped. Tracking from USPS says they received a Pre-shipment label but no shipment. I have reached out to customer service 5x and not one person has responded.
