I made my order on the 22nd November, for Christmas delivery. I paid $150 for numerous items. It’s now the 30th December and my order has not yet arrived, in fact it’s only just been dispatched. I contacted them through their website 5 times asking for my order to be cancelled, as I have no use for this after Christmas. They didn’t respond to any of my emails, and went ahead and dispatched my order. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I’ve given them one last warning to process my refund, after which I’ll be contacting the FTC if they don’t comply. DO NOT ORDER from this company, you will be disappointed (and in my case your Christmas will be ruined)

I am very upset with my order. I placed an order in November for my puppy's picture on a mug and socks, finally received it Dec 22nd, and part of my order was of someone else's pet cat. I tried several times to contact the company and get no response!! poor customer service.

Received socks that had a cut in them. Made several attempts to contact customer service, but have yet to receive ANY reply from them. It's been over 2 weeks.

I ordered 2 pair of pup socks the beginning of December and still have not received them. It is vey disappointing as I had ordered them for a Christmas gift.

I ordered these socks on December 1st and still have not received them. This was a Christmas gift and it was way past Christmas! This is ridiculous! I paid for this and still have no product.

Product not received

Ordered on December 2nd for a Christmas gift and was informed the socks were in production. Still no response and very poor communication. My order has been in production for almost a month according to their order tracker.

I ordered on November 19 and I finally got my order a few days before Christmas. But I had someone else’s dog on one pair of my socks instead of the two faces I had ordered. It totally messed up the gift for that person. I emailed without a response and even offered to swap shipments with whoever had my socks but I never got a response back from them. I guess I’m out of about 30.00$ and so is whoever got my socks. Will never use this company again!
